About

    Anna Zywien has made her passion her career since 2005. Earning a Bachelor's at the University of Dayton in Physical Education and a Master's from the University of Charlotte in Exercise Physiology, has enabled her to educate, motivate and change the lives of people of all ages and backgrounds. Her knowledge and love of fitness, nutrition and healthy living has allowed her to train and educate in school gymnasiums, workout facilities, garages, and even empty parking lots and fields.

    AtoZ FITT and your trainer, Anna Zywien, can provide an exercise program and nutrition plan for any AtoZ FITT related goal or disease / disability. She will analyze your fitness and nutrition and create a plan, with you, that fits YOUR lifestyle. She is experienced in training and creating exercise prescriptions for individuals that are overweight, pregnant, diabetic, that have metabolic or cardiopulmonary disorders, orthopedic impairments, cancer and many more.

    She has the ability to train you from your home if you are local, in her home gym, or online.

    Anna’s positive personality, sense of humor, and creative workouts will propel you to make it through any AtoZ FITT program. No matter your current fitness or health level, AtoZ FITT will help you reach your goals and a better you.

Personal Training

Schedule some 1:1 time with your AtoZ FITT personal trainer. Workouts and nutrition are specifically developed to fit your needs and abilities.

All new personal training clients will receive an orientation consultation to talk about personal goals, medical history, to take measurements and to determine the best package to meet your own personal needs.

Personal Training packages are also available at a discounted cost and also include:

  • Weekly check-in with progress pictures
  • Weekly food log review & nutritional guidance
  • Body measurements & body fat testing on request
  • Email notification of new deals & upcoming AtoZ events

Online Workouts

Our AtoZ FITT Online Workouts are customized and tailored to meet your specific needs.

We offer workout plans that range from 1 - 3 new workouts per week, for a 4 week duration. We will work directly with you during your initial consulation to determine the best option for you based on your needs and goals.

Online workouts are perfect for:

  • Self-motivated individuals looking for a customized workout tailored to meet their specific needs
  • Folks not in the Charlotte, NC area that are looking for a personalized wellness plan
  • Those that may have the desire to change their lives but need a small amount of external motivation and attention to keep them accountable

Each online workout plan will also include:

  • Weekly check-in with progress pictures
