I started AtoZ FITT, a fully-remote health & fitness company, back in 2018.
Yes, we were remote 2 years before the Covid isolation, when the rest of the world went remote!
It was a 10-year journey that led me to this point.
I was at a spot that many of you are experiencing right now.
I had to change my life.
I had to change my health.
I was 35 years old at the time, and I was frustrated as heck.
I had developed an autoimmune disorder and no one could tell me why.
I was inflamed, had weight gain, and felt like I was in my 80’s instead of in my 20’s.
The worst part was that these thoughts about my body, and how I was feeling, CONSUMED ME!
Here are a few questions I was asking, and maybe you are too:
1. Why was my body changing at such a young age?
2. Why couldn’t I drop the weight like I could just a few years prior?
3. Why was this autoimmune taking over my life?
4. Why did I feel like I had no energy, like I was stuck?
5. Why does everything I keep reading line up with menopause?
6. Aren't I too young to experience menopause?
I was suffering, my health was suffering, I felt so ‘off.’
All of my friends in this age group are saying they are having these types of problems.
But none of us had the answers!
After my second surgery in 2010 for my autoimmune disorder, I knew there had to be an answer other than conventional doctors.
1. What if I could improve my overall health by improving my cells?
2. What if autoimmune and carrying excess weight are all things that our bodies are “doing TO themselves?”
3. Shouldn’t we be able to influence that?
4. What if I had cell dysfunction?
5. What if I could change that?
6. How would I change that?
That is when I had a DIVINE REVELATION! 💡
What if it was the food and buildup of toxins that was causing me to have this autoimmune disease...carrying around this excess weight and inflammation, and feeling so off, old, and lacking energy?
It was then that I decided to change MY lifestyle!
I put myself on a program that I designed! I didn’t look it up anywhere.
I just trusted my inner voice and what needed to be done.
That was the beginning of my journey that CHANGED MY LIFE FOREVER!
I did a 16-WEEK DETOX, a complete overhaul of my food intake, and began a whole new exercise journey.
A new lifestyle change that was sustainable and created a better and more healthy version of myself!
After going through this journey alone, I started researching and studying!
I hired a team of functional medicine doctors so I could learn more, on a cellular level.
I began working in the health and wellness field under a team of innovative doctors.
The stronger I got, due to this new knowledge, the more WOMEN came into my life asking for my help!
That is when I decided it was time for me to develop a new place.
A place that was SAFE FOR a community of WOMEN to come together,
A place where WOMEN that were battling the same issues and the same frustrations could find themselves.
I wanted to reach WOMEN all across the world! There wasn’t anything out there that looked like my idea.
I had been struggling with my health because of 2 areas; FITNESS and NUTRITION.
When I began to focus on both, I began to achieve the results I wanted.
Developing AtoZ FITT, I HAD to include BOTH. They are intertwined!
It also HAD to be remote.
It was the best way to reach as many WOMEN as possible in all the areas of the world.
So many WOMEN I talked to would work out like crazy, but their nutrition was not aligned.
Their results would be frustrating, to say the least.
They would focus on nutrition and their muscle density and strength was not developed.
In the long run, they continued to gain weight.
They were not working with resistance training to build muscle or cardio movements to remove toxins.
Nobody was really offering a go-to place for both LIVE NUTRITION and LIVE WORKOUTS,
That could be done remotely from anywhere!
This became AtoZ FITT’s niche.
I searched far and wide to find the best trainers, nutritionists & health coaches.
We have built YOUR TEAM and are growing daily!
